▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for synthesizing graphene oxide nanocomplexes surface decorated layer-by-layer assembly based surface plasmon resonance biosensor for Alzheimer's disease (AD) biomarker detection involves providing a green synthesized silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) solution, providing graphene oxide (GO) powder, providing layer by layer (LbL), providing the GO dispersion in a layer by Layer (LbL) assembly, with the antibody of AD, and combining the GO dispersion in a LbL assembly, with the antibody of AD biomarker (β -amyloid) to obtain graphene oxide nanocomplexes surface decorated layer-by-layer assembly based surface plasmon resonance biosensor (GO-AgNPs-Anti-Ap based SPR biosensor). USE - The method is useful for synthesizing graphene oxide nanocomplexes surface decorated layer-by-layer assembly based surface plasmon resonance biosensor for AD biomarker detection, which is used as an early diagnostic tool for AD. ADVANTAGE - The method synthesizes graphene oxide nanocomplexes simply and cost-effectively that detects AD biomarker with improved sensitivity and selectivity and is performed in a label-free and non-invasive manner.
