NOVELTY - A nano-microcrystalline cellulose is prepared by graphene oxide catalytic hydrolyzing comprises placing graphite oxide into beaker, adding distilled water, ultrasonically peeling into ultrasonic washing apparatus, adding concentrated sulfuric acid, diluting, and cooling;#moving into three-necked bottle mouth, slowly adding microcrystalline cellulose powder, stirring, mixing, acid hydrolyzing under water bath, adding distilled water, centrifuging for 10 minutes at speed of 11000 rpm, pouring supernatant, and repeating operation until upper layer centrifugal liquid becomes turbid. USE - Method for preparing nano-microcrystalline cellulose by graphene oxide catalytic hydrolyzing (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method uses flexible graphite oxide, and promotes carboxyl and phenolic hydroxyl hydrolysis reaction. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A nano-microcrystalline cellulose is prepared by graphene oxide catalytic hydrolyzing comprises: (A) placing graphite oxide into beaker, adding distilled water, ultrasonically peeling into ultrasonic washing apparatus for 2 hours at power of 100 W, taking out, adding 98% concentrated sulfuric acid to prepare 65 wt.% graphene oxide sulfuric acid mixed solution, diluting, and cooling to room temperature; (B) moving into three-necked bottle mouth, slowly adding microcrystalline cellulose powder, stirring at speed of 400 revolutions/minute (rpm), mixing, acid hydrolyzing under water bath, adding 400 mL distilled water, centrifuging for 10 minutes at speed of 11000 rpm, pouring supernatant, and repeating operation until upper layer centrifugal liquid becomes turbid; and (C) collecting nano-microcrystalline cellulose, repeating centrifugation operation until the upper layer liquid becomes clear, collecting to obtain nano-microcrystalline cellulose colloid, dialyzing into 8000-14000 dialysis bag for 2-3 days, separating for 2 hours, changing dialysis liquid distilled water, regulating pH to neutral, and freeze-drying into freeze drier for 48 hours.
