▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-reinforced foam metal preformed sheet comprises (i) placing foam metal in reaction chamber, introducing carbon source gas and reducing gas, and heating to obtain metal attached with graphene, and (ii) placing two tin-based metal foils on upper and lower sides of foam metal to obtain cold pressing to obtain preform sheet. USE - The method is useful in electronic packaging field and power device packaging material. ADVANTAGE - The method solves the problem of graphene dispersion uniformity in the solder, enhances the bonding strength between the graphene and the solder, optimizes the distribution uniformity of tin-based particles in the welding point, and improves the tissue uniformity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene-reinforced foam metal pre-forming sheet packaging method.
