▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Synthesizing sulfur-doped graphene comprises (a) ultrasonically peeling the graphite oxide in a solvent to obtain graphene oxide solution; (b) mixing the graphene oxide solution and sulfur-containing organic compounds with ultrasonicating, dispersing and uniformly mixing to obtain a liquid mixture and then drying the liquid solution to obtain solid mixture; and (c) heating the solid for 30 seconds to 10 minutes in an inert gas at 500-1000 degrees C and cooling to room temperature. USE - The method is useful for synthesizing sulfur-doped graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is suitable for industrial purpose.
