NOVELTY - Surfactant composition, comprises polyetheramine quaternary ammonium salts, alkyl glycosides and optionally nanoparticles, where the polyetheramine quaternary ammonium salt is (I). USE - The surfactant composition is useful in viscous oil displacing agent for oil displacement (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The surfactant composition: has the function of defoaming and reducing viscosity when meeting oil, and function of foaming and profile control when meeting water; reduces the viscosity of crude oil through the interaction with viscous oil; can form foam in the dominant channel, which blocks the large pores, and expands the affected volume to achieve the effect of increasing production; and solves the problems of high viscosity of viscous oil and easy occurrence of gravity overriding and steam channeling after steam flooding in the existing surfactant composition. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Surfactant composition, comprises polyetheramine quaternary ammonium salts, alkyl glycosides and optionally nanoparticles, where the polyetheramine quaternary ammonium salt is of formula (I). k = 0 or 1; q = 1-3; X = anion, preferably halide ions or acid ions; R = 8-32C hydrocarbyl or hydrocarbylbenzene; P = -(C2H4O)m-, -(C3H6O)n- or -(C4H8O)p-; R1= 1-4C alkylene optionally having heteroatoms (optionally substituted with halo, hydroxy or carbonyl); R2= 1-5C alkylene (optionally substituted with halo, hydroxy or carbonyl); R3 = 1-5C alkyl (optionally substituted with halo, hydroxy or carbonyl), H, -(C3H6O)x1H or -(C2H4O)y1H; R4= 1-5C alkyl (optionally substituted with halo, hydroxy or carbonyl), H, -(C3H6O)x2H or -(C2H4O)y2H; and R5= 1-5C alkyl (optionally substituted with halo, hydroxy or carbonyl), H, -(C3H6O)x3H or -(C2H4O)y3H. Provided that: m+n+p = 0-20; x1+x2+x3 = 1-15; and y1+y2+y3 = 1-15. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: viscous oil displacing agent, comprising surfactant composition; preparing viscous oil displacing agent, comprising mixing polyetheramine quaternary ammonium salt and alkyl glycoside, and optionally adding nanoparticles for dispersion, where the method preferably includes dividing solvent into part of solvent A and part of solvent B, and introducing part of solvent A into the mixing for dissolution, and introducing the nanoparticles and part of solvent B to carry out the dispersion, and the dispersion includes ultrasonic vibration; and improving recovery rate of viscous oil, comprising using the viscous oil displacing agent.
