▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method for preparing titanium dioxide-graphene oxide composite material involves (a) providing a mixed liquid containing lithium hydroxide and graphene, (b) ultrasonically treating the mixed liquid, dripping tetrabutyl titanate to obtain a reaction solution and ultrasonically treating the reaction solution for 1-4 hours to obtain a precursor solution, where the mass ratio of tetrabutyl titanate to lithium hydroxide is 1:3-1:7, (c) hydrothermally reacting the precursor solution at 100-200 degrees C for 12-120 hours, carrying out solid-liquid separation to obtain a solid, washing the solid, drying to obtain a product (i) and crushing the product (i), and (d) calcining the product (i) at 350-450 degrees C for 1-8 hours to obtain titanium dioxide-graphene oxide composite material. USE - Method is useful for preparing titanium dioxide-graphene oxide composite material, which is useful in a battery (all claimed), preferably lithium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The titanium dioxide-graphene oxide composite material is simple to prepare, and improves discharge specific capacity and cycle stability of the lithium ion battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the titanium dioxide-graphene oxide composite material prepared by the above method.
