NOVELTY - Composite filler comprises 1 pts. wt. modified graphene and 1-20 pts. wt. nano-modified polytetrafluoroethylene. USE - The filler is useful in the preparation of grinding reduction anti-friction material and grinding reduction anti-friction device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The filler: reduces the frictional coefficient and wear rate of the anti-friction material; and improves the mechanical properties of the anti-friction material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) producing graphene-nano-polytetrafluoroethylene composite filler, comprising: (a) dissolving graphene in dispersing agent, ultrasonically dispersing for 0.5-2 hours to form a stable and uniform graphene dispersion liquid, adding a amination reagent, reacting at 60-90 degrees C for 12-18 hours, where the ratio of graphene, dispersing agent and amination reagent is 1:1000-10000:10-100, vacuum filtering the dispersion after the reaction, washing the impurities with deionized water, vacuum oven drying the product at 50-100 degrees C to obtain modified graphene, irradiating polyfluortetraethylene and reacting with acrylic acid to obtain modified nano polyfluortetraethylene, (b) mixing modified graphene and modified nano polyfluortetraethylene in a weight ratio of 1:1-20, dissolving in the dispersant, ultrasonically dispersing for 0.5-2 hours, adding 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethyl carbodiimide hydrochloride, 1-hydroxybenzotriazole and triethylamine, reacting at 30-50 degrees C for 12-24 hours, where the mol ratio of modified graphene, 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethyl carbodiimide hydrochloride, 1-hydroxybenzotriazole and triethylamine is 1:0.8-1.5:0.8-1.5:15-30, carrying out vacuum filtration, washing the impurities with deionized water, and vacuum oven drying the product at 50-100 degrees C; and (2) use method of the composite filler comprising adding the filler into polymer material or lubricants for producing abrasion resistant anti-friction material and abrasion resistant anti-friction device.
