▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The dividers has disk-shaped resonator and four waveguides (201,202) that are coupled to front surface of the resonator. The dividers are comprised of graphene and dielectric substrate of silica (SiO2) and silicon (Si), by operating in the THz region. The input signal between two output ports are divided, such that insulation properties of a electromagnetic source is connected to the input ports (101,102,104) of the dividers against unwanted reflections from the output ports. The resonator is magnetized by an external direct current (DC) magnetic field that is perpendicular to plane and the physical principle of operation based on the dipolar resonance of this magnetic resonator. USE - Controllable power dividers operating in terahertz (THz)range based on graphene, used in phase arrangement radar applications. ADVANTAGE - The difference in geometry confers a flexibility in the design of THz circuits. The parasitic effect caused by the resistor at high frequency is avoided. The miniaturization and high isolation of the device is achieved. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of controllable power dividers operating in terahertz (THz) range based on graphene.
