NOVELTY - A graphene-ionic liquid compound material comprises 0.01-99.99 mass% of graphene and 0.01-99.99 mass% of ionic liquid. The ionic liquid has polar electronic cloud structure; and graphene is graphene sheet structure. The ionic liquid is mixed among the graphene sheets through polar electronic structure to form graphene-ionic liquid compound material. USE - Graphene-ionic liquid compound material used for electrode material of battery or capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The polar electronic cloud structure of ionic liquid can damage the interaction force among the graphene layers to reduce the gathering of graphene, thus making the compound material obtain high specific surface area and specific capacity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene-ionic liquid compound material comprising: (A) providing the graphene raw material, dissolving it to the solvent, performing ultrasonic and heating treatment to obtain the graphene disperse liquid; and forming the mixed system of graphene; (B) adding ionic liquid in the graphene disperse liquid, ultrasonically oscillating the ionic liquid, reacting with graphene to form the mixed system of graphene, ionic liquid and solvent, where the ionic liquid comprises a polar electronic cloud structure; and graphene is the graphene sheet structure; and (C) rotationally evaporating to remove the majority of solvent; and filtering the evaporated mixed system to obtain the graphene-ionic liquid compound material, where the compound material.
