NOVELTY - The electrochemical self-separation-based large area low damage graphene transfer method involves spraying a polymer layer, growing large-area graphene film on a surface of metal substrate, forming a protective layer, placing in an electrolyte connected to the negative power supply, placing graphite and other conductive electrodes in the electrolyte and connecting to a positive power supply, electrolyzing, forming tiny bubbles between the metal substrate and the graphene, separating graphene from the metal substrate, and transferring the separated graphene onto the target substrate. USE - Electrochemical self-separation-based large area low damage graphene transfer method (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method realizes low damage and rapid transfer of a large-area graphene film, and reuses the metal substrate.
