NOVELTY - Preparation of composite material comprising nitrogen-doped graphene/copper sulfide/hollow sulfur particles, involves adding sulfur powder to carbon disulfide and stirring to form a uniform solution, ball-milling high-purity nickel powder by a high-energy ball mill, adding to the above solution, stirring to form a uniform suspension, and spray-drying to form sulfur-coated spherical particles, adding spherical particles to ferric chloride solution, stirring the reaction solution, washing with water, and filtering, adding the filtered precipitate to a solution comprising copper chloride, thioacetamide and a surfactant, stirring to obtain a uniform suspension, heating and stirring the reaction solution, and centrifuging and washing to obtain copper sulfide-coated sulfur particles, adding nitrogen-doped graphene to water and ultrasonically dispersing to form a uniform suspension, adding copper sulfide-coated sulfur particles, stirring, suction filtering, and washing. USE - Preparation of composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material obtained using the method has a hollow structure to reserve space for volume expansion of the sulfur material during a charging or discharging process, thereby effectively improving electrochemical properties.
