▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A nanocomposite dispersion liquid comprises 0.3-40 vol% aqueous polyester, 0.2-10 vol% layered nanofiller, 0-1 vol% dispersing aid and remaining water, where aqueous polyester is prepared by polycondensation reaction of dihydric alcohol, dibasic acid or its diester and sulfonated dibasic acid or its diester. The sulfonated dibasic acid or its diester is sulfonate side group-containing dibasic acid or its diester, where the total solid content is 0.5-50 vol%. USE - Nanocomposite dispersion liquid for high gas barrier nanocomposite film (claimed) used in food packaging applications. ADVANTAGE - The nanocomposite dispersion liquid has excellent gas barrier property, high peeling and high content of nano-particles in the film forming process, and is easily and efficiently prepared with high purity. The nanocomposite dispersion liquid is directly formed into film or coated on the surface of plasma-treated base film to form nanocomposite film, and even when the total amount of layered nanoparticles is not high, due to uniform dispersion, high exfoliation, high orientation and high content of layered nanoparticles in aqueous polyester substrate, the obtained nanocomposite film has excellent gas barrier properties, which reach two orders of magnitude or more than that of the substrate or the base film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: 1. preparation method of nanocomposite dispersion liquid, which involves (1) adding aqueous polyester to water at 5-100degreesC, stirring and dispersing to obtain aqueous polyester nano-dispersion, (2) adding layered nano-filler and dispersing aid to aqueous polyester nano-dispersion, and stirring and ultrasonically reacting to obtain nano-composite dispersion through treatment, alternatively, (1) adding aqueous polyester to water at 5-100degreesC, stirring and dispersing to obtain aqueous polyester nano-dispersion, adding layered nano-filler and dispersing aid to water, stirring and ultrasonically reacting to obtain nano-filler particle dispersion, and (2) mixing aqueous polyester nano-dispersion liquid and nano-filler particle dispersion liquid, and stirring and ultrasonically reacting to obtain nano-composite dispersion liquid; and 2. high gas barrier nanocomposite film, which includes nano-coating layer comprising nano-composite dispersion liquid.
