NOVELTY - Morchella esculenta mother culture medium comprises 200-250 pts. wt. potato, 20-25 pts. wt. glucose, 20-25 pts. wt. agar, and (0.1-100)x 10-3 pts. wt. graphene or 0.1-100 mg graphene powder and 1000 ml water. The graphene is graphene powder having average sheet diameter of 20-60 nm. The single layer thickness of graphene is 0.2-0.6 nm, and the graphene is rich in carboxy and hydroxy. The graphene is preferably prepared by electrochemical method, which comprises placing two electrode plates prepared by taking graphite powder as raw materials in an electrolytic oxidation tank, respectively connecting the electrode plates with a cathode and an anode, taking distilled water as electrolyte, and carrying out electrolytic reaction to obtain graphene sol; and spray drying on the graphene sol to obtain graphene powder. USE - The mother culture medium is used for Morchella esculenta inoculation and cultivation. It is used for producing seeds of M. esculenta (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The culture medium is rich in carboxyl and hydroxyl, has good water-solubility, uniformly dispersed in water, strong stability and not easy to sink the graphene powder adding Morchella culture medium, improves the Morchella mycelium growth speed, the bacteria core is formed, the final lamb tripe bacteria fruiting body yield has a lifting effect, the cost of the culture medium is reduced, and it is good for the wide planting house to accept. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Morchella esculenta mother culture medium comprises 200-250 pts. wt. potato, 20-25 pts. wt. glucose, 20-25 pts. wt. agar, and (0.1-100)x 10-3 pts. wt. graphene or 0.1-100 mg graphene powder and 1000 ml water; or 5-15 pts. wt. rice hull, 0.5-3 pts. wt. gypsum powder, 0-70 pts. wt. boiled wheat grain, 5-15 pts. wt. sawdust, 0-70 pts. wt. Caragana microphylla chips, 5-15 pts. wt. humus soil and (0.1-100)x 10-3 pts. wt. graphene. The dosage of boiled wheat grains and C. microphylla chips is not 0 at the same time. The graphene is added in the form of graphene aqueous solution having a concentration of 50-100 mg/L. The culture medium has humidity of 60-70% and pH 7.0-8.0. It is prepared by sterilizing mixture containing potato juice, agar, glucose, graphene and water, and cooling. The preparation of the culture medium further comprises putting the mixture into a test tube while hot, sealing, sending and sterilizing, where the amount of the mixture in the test tube is 1/3 of the volume of the test tube.
