NOVELTY - A gas reforming liquid comprises hydrocarbon compound (I) and/or hydrocarbon compound (II), graphene liquid as quantum carbon having particle size of 0.3-1 nm, pH of 1.8-2.2, electromotive force value of 280-380 mV, conductivity of 1.2-5 ms/cm and solid content of 0.1-0.8%. USE - Liquid is used for reforming of high-calorific value gas (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The liquid enables safe and environmentally-friendly preparation of high-calorific value gas having excellent storage stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A gas reforming liquid comprises hydrocarbon compound of formula: CxH2x+2 (I) and/or hydrocarbon compound of formula: CxH2x+1O (II), graphene liquid as quantum carbon having particle size of 0.3-1 nm, pH of 1.8-2.2, electromotive force value of 280-380 mV, conductivity of 1.2-5 ms/cm and solid content of 0.1-0.8%. x=not defined.
