NOVELTY - Microfluidic-graphene continuous preparation and assembly microsystem comprises a preparation unit of oxidation graphene, a separation and purification unit, a preparation unit of reduction and oxidation graphene an assembly unit of oxidation graphene. The oxidation graphene preparation unit has the first feeding device and connected with a micro-channel oxidation reactor (5). The discharge end of the micro-channel oxidation reactor is connected with the separation and purification unit. The reduction graphene oxide preparation unit is mainly a micro-channel reduction reactor (14) and the oxidation-graphene assembly unit includes an assembly micro-channel. The separating and purifying unit comprises a separating device (6) connected by sequentially, an oxidized graphene collecting device and a purifying device (9) and the purified to neutral oxidized graphene solution through an assembling micro-channel (19) nozzle into the spinning solution. USE - Used as microfluidic-graphene continuous preparation and assembly microsystem. ADVANTAGE - The microsystem: increases the flow speed; shortens the reaction time and reduces the oxidation degree of the graphene oxide. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing continuous preparation and assembly microsystem of graphene based on micro-fluidics.
