USE - Preparation of graphene/polyvinyl chloride composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, economical and easy industrial batch production, and solves the problem of existing waterproof materials are prone to cracking. The graphene is evenly dispersed in polyvinyl chloride resin, and under their synergistic effect, a waterproof and corrosion-resistant composite material is prepared. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene/polyvinyl chloride composite material involves (1) mixing nitrate and sulfurous acid evenly under ice bath conditions, adding graphene and stirring well, obtaining mixed solution (A), adding oxidant to mixed liquid (A) under water bath conditions and stirring to react, adding deionized water and heating, heat-preserving, adding hydrogen peroxide to the reaction system after the reaction is terminated and stirring, filtering, washing, drying, obtaining modified graphene, (2) adding polyvinyl alcohol with mercapto groups to the deionized water to dissolve it, adjusting the pH to acidity, obtaining mixed solution (B), adding acrylate to mixed solution (B) in an inert atmosphere and heating, adding potassium bromide solution to react, obtaining aqueous emulsion, (3) adding polyvinyl chloride resin to the resulting aqueous emulsion, obtaining modified polyvinyl chloride resin, (4) mixing n-octyl phthalate and calcium zinc liquid stabilizer, adding modified polyvinyl chloride resin and stirring, obtaining mixture material (m1), drying and taking out, adding modified graphene and processing aids to the mixture material (m1) to be used and continue to stir, obtaining mixed material (m2), and feeding into an open mill for mixing.
