▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing zirconium-manganese-based hydride composite cathode material, comprises (i) acid washing pure metal zirconium and pure metal manganese, impurity removing, drying, and then melting at room temperature to obtain zirconium-manganese alloy, (ii) crushing and placing the zirconium-manganese alloy in a hydrogen charging tank, and subjecting the hydrogen charging ball mill to hydrogenation treatment to obtain zirconium-manganese hydride, (iii) grinding and mixing the zirconium-manganese hydride and carbon material in agate, and then adding into a hydrogen charging tank and charging with a ball mill to obtain carbon-coated zirconium-manganese hydride composite material, where the carbon-coated zirconium-manganese hydride composite material is zirconium-manganese-based hydride composite cathode material. USE - The material is useful for lithium ion batteries (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The obtained lithium ion battery cathode material has higher capacity and cycle stability, and better application prospects.
