NOVELTY - Modified polyethylene waterproof geomembrane comprises 40-50 pts. wt. polyethylene, 3-5 pts. wt. graphene, 5-10 pts. wt. feldspar, 50-60 pts. wt. lotus leaf, 10-15 pts. wt. vegetable protein, 2 to 3 pts. wt. compatible agent, 0.3 to 0.5 pts. wt. ultraviolet absorber, 0.2 to 0.4 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0.1 to 0.2 pts. wt. auxiliary antioxidant, and 1-3 pts. wt. antifoaming agent. USE - Modified polyethylene waterproof geomembrane. ADVANTAGE - The modified polyethylene waterproof geomembrane effectively increases the wear resistance and mechanical strength of the finished product and intensity of solar radiation, improves the hydrophobicity of the finished product, and enhances the waterproof performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing modified polyethylene waterproof geomembrane, which involves: (A) crushing and heating polyethylene, graphene and feldspar to 80-90 degrees C, stirring and mixing, and after cooling to 40-50 degrees C, adding antioxidants and auxiliary antioxidants, mixing and stirring again to obtain basic materials; (B) crushing lotus leaf and putting into an ethanol solution, heating and stirring to 100-120 degrees C, and then standing, adding supernatant to the plant protein, and obtaining paste after sufficient stirring; (C) mixing basic materials, paste, compatibilizer, ultraviolet absorber and defoamer and stirring and sending to the twin-screw extruder, where temperature of the extruder increases from the feed port to the split port; and (D) drawing extruded mixed material sheet into a roll through a feeder, and forming modified polyethylene geomembrane waterproofing coil by roll extrusion.
