▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The polymer sensor for detecting chloride ion concentration in concrete has sensor body. The sensor body is embedded in the concrete structure or attached to the steel bars in the concrete structure. The sensor body os provided with an ion-selective membrane, a geopolymer protective layer (2) and a sensor carrier (3). The upper surface of the sensor carrier is pasted with an ion-selective membrane and a geopolymer protective layer. The geopolymer protective layer is wrapped outside the ion-selective membrane. An external electrode is fixed under the ion-selective membrane, and the external electrode is connected to an inlet of an external rapid detection device (4) through a wire. The geological polymer protective layer is composed of F type fly ash and potassium silicate solution. The mass ratio of the potassium silicate solution to the fly ash is 0.55. The potassium silicate solution is composed of silicon dioxide, potassium oxide and water. USE - Polymer sensor for detecting chloride ion concentration in concrete structures through different sensing technologies, such as resistivity, fiber optics, and Ag/AgCl sensors, used in marine environment service process of reinforced concrete member. Can also be used in civil engineering material field. ADVANTAGE - The polymer sensor has low cost, high sensitivity and resistance to alkalinity, the temperature and humidity interference is strong characteristics. It effectively filters the impurity ion, allows chloride ion one-way penetration, capable of actively monitoring the concentration of chloride ion precipitated in the sensing area, the sensor monitoring result sensitivity is high, and the stability is strong. It can effectively reduce the graphene film in the engineering application freeze-thaw, strong alkali to improve acid attack resistance, and heat resistance performance. It protects the ion selective film not influenced by the outside while allowing chlorine ion penetration. It has high detection precision under the strong alkaline condition, and combining fitting formula can quantitatively describe the change of the resistance with chloride ion concentration under different pH conditions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a use method of the polymer sensor for detecting chloride ion concentration in concrete. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows the whole structure schematic diagram of a polymer sensor for detecting chloride ion concentration in concrete. 2Geological polymer layer 3Sensor carrier 4Fast detecting device
