DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene three-dimensional print wire comprising taking high-expansion graphite powder, coupling agent and solvent, adding to magnetic stirrer, uniformly stirring and mixing, ultrasonically processing in water bath at 60-70 degrees C for 5-10 hours, drying, grinding to obtain functional graphene powder, spreading thermoplastic resin powder in metal mold cavity, heating, melting, scraping to obtain molten resin film substrate, setting with functional graphene powder, preparing preform, overlapping, assembling, extruding and cooling.
