NOVELTY - A perovskite-based flexible thin-film solar cell comprises transparent substrate, graphene-containing negative electrode formed on the transparent substrate, titanium dioxide-containing electron-transport layer formed on the negative electrode, perovskite-based light-absorbing layer formed on the electron-transport layer and graphene-containing positive electrode formed on the light-absorbing layer. USE - Perovskite-based flexible thin-film solar cell (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The perovskite-based flexible thin-film solar cell has energy conversion efficiency up to 27%, and is prepared by economical process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of perovskite-based flexible thin-film solar cell.
