NOVELTY - Graphene modified composite solid lubricating coating comprises 100 pts. wt. polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion, 5-30 pts. wt. polyphenylene sulfide sulfone powder, 0.1-2 pts. wt. graphene, 1-10 pts. wt. dispersant and 30-40 pts. wt. ethanol, where the polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion in polytetrafluoroethylene quality is 55-65%. USE - Used as graphene modified composite solid lubricating coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has excellent wear-resisting property, mechanical property and high temperature resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparation of preparing graphene modified composite solid lubricating coating comprising (i) adding polyphenylene sulfide sulfone powder, dispersant and ethanol into magnetic stirrer for 20-40 minutes, ultrasonic sonicating for 5-15 minutes to obtain mixed solvent, (ii) the adding resulting mixed solvent and graphene into the polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion and stirring through a magnetic stirrer for 2-5 minutes, treating for 5-15 minutes ultrasonically and mixing to obtain final product; and (2) graphene modified composite solid lubricant coating film forming process comprising spraying the graphene modified composite solid lubricant coating on the surface of metal products, drying and curing to form film-type coating, and cooling the film-type coating to obtain composite solid lubricating coating modified with graphene.
