NOVELTY - Method for preparing modified two-dimensional petal-shaped molybdenum disulfide based on platinum or graphene, involves (a) weighing and mixing the moly source and sulfur source according to the proportion, adding deionized water as a solvent, using magnetic stirrer to obtain a uniform dispersion liquid, (b) adding a dissolving agent to the dispersion, and stirring uniformly to obtain dispersion 2, (c) transferring dispersion solution 2 to a high-pressure reaction kettle for constant-temperature reaction, (d) cooling to room temperature, and collecting the reaction to obtain black solid product, (e) washing and drying the obtained rough product to obtain molybdenum-disulfide powder with a petal sheet structure, (f) dissolving the powder with the petal structure in the modified solution, ultrasonically mixing uniformly, immersing for 1-2 hours, and vacuum drying to obtain the modified solution. USE - Preparation method of modified two-dimensional petal-shaped molybdenum disulfide used in semiconductor gas sensitive sensor field. ADVANTAGE - The method provides molybdenum disulfide sensitive material with two-dimensional petal-shaped appearance, with good uniformity and consistency, good gas-sensitive characteristics, low concentration nitrogen dioxide at lower working temperaturebelow 200℃, and good selectivity to other gases such as sulfur dioxide, carbon monoxide, nitrogen dioxide gas sensor in automobile tail gas, and gas ethanol in the atmosphere environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing heterofacial heating ceramic micro-heating plate semiconductor molybdenum disulfide gas sensor by using platinum or modified graphene-dimensional petal-shaped molybdenum disulfide where upper surface of the substrate (1) uses screen printing technology to prepare two signal electrodes (2), signal electrode (2) is L-shaped, L-shaped opening of signal electrode (2) is opposite; using the screen printing surface of the substrate (1) to prepare the heating electrode, then curing at 800-850℃ heating electrode is composed of heating layer (4), and lead electrodes (5) at two sides of heating layer (4), heating layer (4) is connected with the lead electrode (5)mixing and grinding the modified two-dimensional petal-like molybdenum disulfide sensitive material based on platinum or graphene and terpineol to obtain slurry, coating slurry at centre of two signal electrodes (2) and connecting with signal electrode (2), and sintering and curing, forming sensitive film (3).
