NOVELTY - Ultra-high temperature resistant epoxy resin material comprises 36-55 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 25-38 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 20-32 pts. wt. alkyd resin, 10-18 pts. wt. dimethyl silicone oil, 4-10 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 4-8 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, 3-6 pts. wt. sodium alginate, 3-6 pts. wt. nano magnesium hydroxide, 3-6 pts. wt. zinc sulfate, 2-4 pts. wt. polyoxyethylene fatty ether sodium sulfate, 2-4 pts. wt. carboxymethyl chitosan, 1-3 pts. wt. 4-methyl-4'-vinyl benzophenone, 1-3 pts. wt. organic solvent and 1-3 pts. wt. curing agent. USE - Used as ultra-high temperature resistant epoxy resin material. ADVANTAGE - The ultra-high temperature resistant epoxy resin material is economical, environmentally-friendly, has easy availability, high temperature resistance, good antibacterial effect, good workability, good stability and aging, improves flame retardant performance of epoxy resin material and is reasonable and simple in operation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing epoxy resin material, comprising (i) dispersing graphene oxide ultrasonically in organic solvent to prepare mixed solution A; (ii) grinding epoxy resin, acrylic resin and alkyd resin in a grinder into ultrafine powder and transferring ultrafine powder to mixer while adding mixed solution A, heating, kneading, placing in vacuum drying oven to remove organic solvent to obtain resin mixture B; (iii) adding dimethyl silicone oil and calcium carbonate to above-mentioned kneading machine containing resin mixed liquid B and stirring at 600-1200 rotations/minute, adding 4-methyl-4'-vinylbenzophenone and stirring at high speed for 20-30 minutes to obtain mixture C; (iv) mixing sodium alginate, sodium polyoxyethylene fatty ether sulfate, carboxymethylated chitosan, nano magnesium hydroxide and zinc sulfate, dissolving in water to obtain an aqueous solution, adding aqueous solution to mixture C and stirring at high speed for 20-30 minutes to obtain mixture D; and (v) transferring mixture D to ultrasound system, heating ultrasonic device to 50-60 degrees C, dispersing curing agent into mixture D, stirring uniformly and solidifying curing system in constant temperature drying oven.
