▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing three dimensional thermally conductive skeleton/polyimide thermally conductive composite material comprises (i) subjecting the thermally-conducting porous material soaked by polyamic acid solution to phase conversion treatment, hot-pressing amination treatment to obtain vacuum hot-pressing treatment , (ii) performing freeze drying treatment to the thermally conducting porous material soaked by the polyamic acid salt solution, thermal imidization treatment and vacuum thermally pressing treatment, and (iii) performing the phase conversion treatment to the thermally -conducting porous material soaked by the polyetherimide solution, and vacuum hot-pressing to obtain the product. USE - The method is useful for preparing three dimensional thermally conductive skeleton/polyimide thermally conductive composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method is double continuous phase structure, is good for exerting the advantages of the polymer, thermally conducting performance is obviously improved, the thermally conductivity is high as 2.55W m-1K-1, and has simple technical means, commercial three dimensional thermally -conducting porous material is easy to obtain, and the limited is small. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for three dimensional thermally conductive skeleton/polyimide thermally conductive composite material, obtained by the above-mentioned method.
