NOVELTY - A multi-layer composite notebook computer shell material comprises a first protective film layer, a first graphene fiber cloth layer, a first transition layer, an intermediate core layer, a second transition layer, a second transition layer a graphene fiber cloth layer and a second protective film layer. A first adhesive layer is provided between the first protective film layer and the first graphene fiber cloth layer. A second adhesive layer is arranged between the fiber cloth layers. The intermediate core layer is made of magnesium alloy. The transition layers are independently made of 20-30 pts. wt. rosin-based hyperbranched epoxy resin, 25-35 pts. wt. hyperbranched polysulfide polyamine, 20-30 pts. wt. N-(4-cyano-3-trifluoromethylphenyl)methacrylamide/vinyl trimethoxysilane/1,3-bis(oxiranylmethyl)-5-(2-propenyl)-1,3,5-triazine-2,4,6(1H,3H,5H)-triketone copolymer, 3-5 pts. wt. nano aluminum powder, and 3-5 pts. wt. graphene fiber. ADVANTAGE - The shell material has good mechanical strength and durability, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, low temperature resistance and heat resistance.
