▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Graphene reinforced para-aramid fiber bundle comprises para-aramid fiber and a porous graphene sphere, where the porous graphite ball is connected with multiple of para-aromatic polyamide fiber by covalent bond. USE - Graphene reinforced para-aramid fiber bundle. ADVANTAGE - The graphene reinforced para-aramid fiber bundle has high strength, and improved mechanical, anti-ultraviolet aging resistance properties and conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene reinforced para-aramid fiber bundle, which involves: (A) drying monolayer graphene oxide dispersion having a size of 1 to 50 mu m by a spray drying method to obtain a pleated spherical graphene oxide having a carbon to oxygen ratio of 2.5 to 5; (B) adding dimethyl sulfoxide in the obtained product; (C) stirring the mixture uniformly; (D) adding sodium hydroxide in the mixture to adjust pH more than 10, where mass ratio of pleated spherical graphene oxide to dimethyl sulfoxide is 0.1-10:100; (E) using acetone to wash the para-aromatic polyamide fiber; (F) removing the surface oil and dirt; (G) adding ethanol solution containing 10 wt.% sodium hydroxide; (H) stirring for 12-24h; (I) taking out and drying the para-aromatic polyamide fiber to obtain hydrolyzed; (J) adding acetone and excessive diisocyanate; (K) stirring and reacting 24h; (L) taking out, drying and rolling to obtain paraaromatic polyamide fiber bundle; (M) soaking para-aramid fiber bundle in the dispersion liquid for 12 hours; and (N) performing heat treatment at 200-400 degrees C.
