▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing chitin/graphene oxide composite sponge involves using low temperature freezing and melting chitin, dissolving graphene oxide in sodium hydroxide/urea system to obtain solution of chitin containing graphene oxide, heating oxidized graphite alkene containing chitin solution for 5-12 hours to obtain chitin/oxide graphene hydrogel at 60-90 degrees C. The hydrogel is eluted till neutrality, and freeze-dried to obtain chitosan/oxidized graphene composite sponge material. The ratio of chitosan and oxidized graphite alkene is 100:5-30. USE - Method for preparing chitin/graphene oxide composite sponge for adsorbing bilirubin in the blood of the patient, where absorption bilirubin is clinically high bilirubin (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method eanbles to prepare chitin/graphene oxide composite sponge that has mild reaction condition, large adsorption capacity and high absorbing efficiency, and in eco-friendly and cost effective manner.
