NOVELTY - Manufacturing graphene, comprises (a) manufacturing superimposed body by overlapping the stacked thin film made of a metal catalyst layer; and (b) preparing graphene on a metal catalyst layer by performing a chemical vapor deposition (CVD). USE - Graphene is useful for electronic device, preferably electrodes, touch panels, electroluminescent displays, backlights, radio frequency identification tags, solar cell module, an electronic paper, a flat thin-film for (TFT) display transistor and/or TFT array (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method produces uniform graphene with reduced production costs, reduces number of grains and grain boundary size on the surface of metal catalyst, increases grain size, and improves light transmittance and ductility of graphene by inhibiting the growth of multilayer graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for manufacturing electronic device, comprising preparing superimposed material by overlapping the stacked thin film made of metal catalyst layer; preparing graphene on the metal catalyst layer by performing CVD; obtaining graphene by removing the thin film; and manufacturing the electronic device including the prepared graphene.
