NOVELTY - Multicolor visual detection of antigen-antibody reagent kit comprises labeled methyl red modified graphene carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) antibody, labeled phenolphthalein modified graphene (NSE) antibody and labeled phenolphthalein modified graphene Cyfra21-1 antibody, where CEA, NSE and Cyfra21-1 monoclonal antibody mixture are coated on 96-well, under alkaline pH of 12, phosphate buffered saline (PBS)-Tween (RTM: Polysorbate) (PBST) buffer. USE - The reagent kit is useful in multicolor visual detection of antigen-antibody (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The reagent kit is utilized in immune analysis and diagnosis. The method has simple operation, and high efficiency; is economical; and easily utilizes the resources. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for multicolor visualization detection of antigen-antibody reaction using reagent kit, comprising (i) preparing antibody-labeled multi-well plate 96 by mixing multi-antigen monoclonal antibody, incubating on 96-well, washing with fetal calf serum or goat serum or horse serum, closing for 30-120 minutes at 25-40 degrees C, treating, so as to make the antibody labeled and produce sample to complete and stable reaction; (ii) carrying out antigen-antibody reaction by taking step (i) product added with sample, washing, carrying out discoloration by adding modified small molecule graphene labeled antibody, reacting to remove excess unreacted labeled antibody graphene, using small molecule methyl red discoloration MR, phenolphthalein PP, phenolphthalein TP, bromocresol purple BP or bromocresol green BG, and the mass ratio of MR, PP and TP, MR, PP and TP with graphene molecular ratios is 1:13.4-53.8, 1:15.9-95.4, 1:4.3-43, to obtain graphene labeled monoclonal antibody or multi-resistant, where three kinds of color mixture of antibody molecules functionalized graphene concentration ratio is 1.5:1:0.5, and the antigen-antibody reaction incubation time is 30-120 minutes, and incubation temperature is 25-40 degrees C; and (iii) carrying out visual inspection by adding the reaction system with aqueous alkaline, reacting according to the reaction system to determine color change in the sample points after the reaction, where the pH of aqueous alkaline is 10-13 added with 20 mM sodium, and determining color change occurring in reaction system for 3-15 minutes.
