NOVELTY - Performing polytetrafluoroethylene plate process involves taking ingredients by selecting polyaddition resin, polyetheretherketone powder, polytetrafluoroethylene resin, flame retardant, composite polyol, modified graphene and polypropylene nucleating agent, drying, pulverizing and screening. The raw materials are sequentially placed in a dryer for drying, pulverizer for pulverization, screening machine for screening, and twin-screw extruder mixing, after screening. The raw material is added to a twin-screw extruder for kneading, and then extruded by a die, and the extrusion temperature is controlled between 150-200 degrees C to obtain a mixed material in a molten state. The casting mold is mixed material in a molten state which is demoulded, after sheet is formed, demoulded, polished formed sheet with a polishing machine, cut formed sheet with a cutting machine dimensions, and packaging after passing inspection. USE - Method for performing polytetrafluoroethylene plate process. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to performing polytetrafluoroethylene plate process which is effectively improves production efficiency of polytetrafluoroethylene plate.
