▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing rubber vulcanization accelerator comprises (i) adding graphite oxide into water and ultrasonically separating to obtain aqueous dispersion of graphene oxide, (ii) dissolving rubber accelerator in organic solvent or water to form rubber accelerator solution, (iii) mixing rubber accelerator solution with aqueous dispersion of graphene oxide, and stirring at 30-80 degrees C, and (iv) washing reaction product obtained in step (iii) and vacuum drying to obtain rubber vulcanization accelerator. USE - The rubber vulcanization accelerator is useful for reducing and modifying graphene oxide and in rubber composite material (all claimed); and in the field of preparation of functionalized fillers and high performance composite materials. ADVANTAGE - The rubber vulcanization accelerator prevents stacking of graphene sheets and avoids migration and volatilization of accelerator in rubber matrix caused by blooming effect, has improved overall dispersion.
