NOVELTY - A cobalt-nickel-phosphide-reduced graphene oxide (rGO)/sulfur composite cathode material comprises rGO which is a three-dimensional carbon material conductive network and cobalt-nickel-phosphide quantum dots which are attached on the rGO sheet, where S is supported on cobalt-nickel-phosphide-rGO. USE - Cobalt-nickel-phosphide-reduced graphene oxide/sulfur composite cathode material used for lithium-sulfur battery. ADVANTAGE - The cathode material has adsorption capacity, catalytic action and high conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of composite cathode material.
