NOVELTY - Solar energy-absorbing coating comprises 8-10 pts. wt. polyurethane resin, 5-10 pts. wt. polyester resin, 20-24 pts. wt. acrylic emulsion, 2-6 pts. wt. nano-carbon powder, 1.1-1.3 pts. wt. chromium oxide green, 20-30 pts. wt. ethanol, 10-17 pts. wt. urea, 2-9 pts. wt. polyvinylpyrrolidone, 8-10 pts. wt. precipitated barium sulfate, 1-2 pts. wt. sulfonated graphene, 1.5-3 pts. wt. aluminum-zirconium coupling agent, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. silicone oil and 10-20 pts. wt. water. USE - Used as solar energy-absorbing coating. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple preparation, low cost, low device requirement, and the production process is environment-friendly and easy for industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of the solar energy-absorbing coating comprising (i) taking above mentioned raw materials, (ii) adding polyurethane resin, polyester resin, silicon-acrylic emulsion, polyvinyl pyrrolidone and precipitated barium sulfate into ethanol in order, uniformly stirring for 15-20 minutes to obtain mixture A, (iii) adding nano-carbon powder, chromium oxide green, urea, sulfonated graphene and aluminum-zirconium coupling agent into water in turn, raising the temperature to 60-80 DEG C, rotating the agitator at 350-450 rpm Under stirring for 15-20 min to give a mixture B; (iv) adding mixture B into mixture A, filtering with 80-100 mesh silk, adding silicone oil to the mixture, uniformly stirring for 10-20 minutes at a rotation speed of 300-400 rotations/minute (rpm) by a stirrer, i.e. good paint; and (v) using the modulation of the paint with 120-150 mesh silk for filtration, using the filtered paint liquid can be sealing into the container.
