NOVELTY - Manufacturing biosensor platform involves synthesizing graphene, patterning the synthesized graphene and self-assembling the protein on the surface of the patterned graphene. The protein comprises eight amino acid sequence (SEQ ID NO: 1-4). USE - Method for manufacturing biosensor platform (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to manufacture biosensor platform effectively with high-sensitivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Manufacturing biosensor platform involves synthesizing graphene, patterning the synthesized graphene and self-assembling the protein on the surface of the patterned graphene. The protein comprises eight amino acid sequence (SEQ ID NO: 1-4), that are XaXbXaXbXaXbXaXb, where Xa is hydrophilic amino acid and Xb is hydrophobic amino acid. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a transistor type biosensor, which involves using biosensor platform and detecting a biomaterial binding to a self-assembled protein using the principle of a field effect transistor.
