NOVELTY - Fluorine rubber comprises 100-120 pts. wt. fluorine rubber polymer, 15 -25 pts. wt. impact modifier, 2-6 pts. wt. cross-linking agent, 15 -20 pts. wt. acid-absorbing agent, 2-10 pts. wt. grapheme, 3-6 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, 1-3 pts. wt. vulcanizing auxiliary agent, 1-3 pts. wt. vulcanization accelerator, 30-50 pts. wt. intensifier, 5-15 pts. wt. complex wear-resistant agent and 5-10 pts. wt. heat conducting agent. The fluorine rubber polymer is tetra fluoro ethylene, chloro trifluoroethylene and vinylidene fluoride and the polymer is formed by aggregate emulsion aggregate and the impact modifier is methyl methacrylate- butadiene styrene copolymer or styrene copolymer. USE - The rubber is useful for valves (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The rubber: improves the vulcanizing degree; increases the stability of the molecular structure and improves the hardness of the fluorine rubber. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing fluorine rubber comprising (1) dissolving the fluorine rubber polymer and impact modifier in the solvent and heating to 50-65℃, stirring and adding cross-linking agent, stirring for 20-80 minutes, vacuum extracting and evaporating the solution, removing the solvent to obtain the mixed colloid, (2) adjusting the mixing double-roller temperature at 30-90℃, mixing the mixed colloid and graphene, acid-absorbing agent, vulcanizing machine, vulcanizing accelerator, vulcanizing auxiliary agent, reinforcing agent, complex wear-resisting agent and heat conducting agent for mixing, adjusting roller distance is 5-10 mm, rolling speed ratio is 1: 1-1.5, thinning rubber base material for 5-15 times, after finishing other raw material feeding and thinning 5-15 times, packing triangular for 10-20 times, whole mixing time is 10-30 minutes and the final sheet thickness is 5-10 mm and (3) vulcanizing the raw material after mixing, adjusting the vulcanizing temperature at 150-170℃, vulcanizing time is 20-60 minutes to obtain the fluorine rubber.
