NOVELTY - Organosilicone-graphene composite microsphere comprises microsphere has 0.5-200 mu average volume, 1-20% graphite content and 80-99% silicon content. USE - The microsphere is useful for plastic, paint and rubber to enhance toughening and cosmetic concealer. ADVANTAGE - The microsphere: has anti-coagulation property; is easy to disperse; has strength of elasticity and pliability; and has smooth function. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the microsphere comprising (i) adding the compound containing two or more than two double bonds to hydrogen-containing silicone oil and mixing in ratio of 0.1-2:1, and (ii) placing the material obtained in the step (i), adding 1-25 wt.% grapheme, 1-100 parts per minute (ppm) platinum catalyst and 0.65-10 times of water, homogenizing emulsion, carrying out silicon-hydrogen addition cross-linking at room temperature, if the reaction is not complete, heating at below 100 degrees C to finish reaction, carry out vacuum drying or spray drying of the emulsion and grinding to obtain organosilicone-graphene composite microsphere.
