NOVELTY - Graphene composite silicon carbide dispersion slurry material preparation method, involves firstly using ultrasonic dispersion process to disperse graphene to obtain graphene dispersion liquid. Ultrasonic dispersion and heating mechanical stirring way is used such that the graphene is coated on a surface of a nano or submicron silicon carbide in a form of N layer to form graphene composite silicon carbide dispersion slurry, where N is a natural number greater than 1 and less than or equal to 5. USE - Graphene composite silicon carbide dispersion slurry material preparation method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables dispersing the graphene on the surface of the silicon carbide, thus preventing agglomeration of the graphene, avoiding aggregation of the powder of the silica carbide powder, and improving sintering performance of the graphene.
