NOVELTY - Graphene modified asphalt layer material comprises 40-50 wt.% asphalt, 7-12 wt.% plasticizer, 0.05-1 wt.% graphene additive, 2-5 wt.% styrene-butadiene styrene rubber (SBS), 2-3 wt.% polyolefin, 1-3 wt.% powder butadienestyrene rubber, 2 5 wt.% tackifying resin, 2-5 wt.% asphalt adhesion promoter, 20-25 wt.% rubber powder and 20-25 wt.% filler, where the graphene-modified asphalt layer materials are prepared by using asphalt, plasticizer and plasticizer. USE - The asphalt layer material is useful for waterproof coiled material used in various large building waterproof engineering, underground comprehensive cable duct bank, track traffic, road and railway tunnel engineering. ADVANTAGE - The graphene modified asphalt layer material: utilizes asphalt auxiliary agent and high solid content of the powder butadiene styrene styrene rubber, thus realizing good creep performance of the material, the anti-sticking reaction layer and the concrete base layer realize full adhesive, full bonding can adapt to the structure deformation, and has better heat resistance and corrosion resistance; has better stability, and is more permanently to use; and provides the waterproof coiled material, which can realize full-viscosity, has good heat resistance, corrosion resistance, and the service life is long.
