▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves obtaining a nanowire of a graphene nanosheet by intercalation and sonication of graphite, and exfoliating the nanowire in an acidic medium. The nanowire is dispersed in water for washing the nanofoil to remove residual acid, and the washed nanowire is filtered, where the acidic medium is selected from among sulphuric acid and nitric acid with 20 percent concentration. The filtered nanowire is dried to obtain a conductive film. USE - Method for obtaining a nanowire of a graphene nanosheet for use in an electronic device, a sensor, or a photovoltaic cell (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nanowire is exfoliated in the acidic medium, and the nanowire is dispersed in water for washing the nanowire to remove residual acid, thus enabling to improve the yield of the nanowire. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a nanowire product.
