NOVELTY - Adhesive tape comprises two conductive layers that form a parallel plate capacitor in the middle of the tape, where the adhesive tape raw material comprise 100 pts. wt. polyol, 5-50 pts. wt. isocyanate, 0-20 pts. wt. chain extender, 1-20 pts. wt. hyperbranched polymer, 0-10 pts. wt. catalyst, and 0-10 pts. wt. other auxiliary agent. USE - The adhesive tape is useful in floor cleaning machine with pressure sensing function. ADVANTAGE - The adhesive tape dynamically adjusts the lower pressure of the water absorbing strip to ensure best cleaning efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the adhesive tape, comprising (a) dehydrating polyol until the water content is less than 0.03%, adding isocyanate, reacting at 30-100℃ for 0.5-5 hours to obtain the rubber prepolymer; (b) respectively heating rubber prepolymer and chain extender, hyperbranched polymer, catalyst and other auxiliary agent to 30-90℃, preparing into liquid, then uniformly mixing to obtain liquid rubber; (c) pouring the rubber liquid into a mold, vulcanizing for 2-60 minutes, placing the first conductive layer when not completely vulcanized, and then pouring the liquid rubber to cover the first conductive layer, vulcanizing for 2-60 minutes, placing the second conductive layer, pouring the liquid rubber to cover the second conductive layer, finally vulcanizing, obtaining multi-layer rubber; (d) cutting the multi-layer rubber into a water absorbing rubber sleeve of the floor washing machine, and ensuring that the two conductive layers can be connected with the external circuit through the mounting hole.
