NOVELTY - Integrated interior wall coating comprises 200-300 pts. wt. shell powder, 10-20 pts. wt. diatomite, 10-20 pts. wt. bamboo charcoal powder, 8-15 pts. wt. modified sol, 5-8 pts. wt. formaldehyde trapping agent, 5-8 pts. wt. inorganic antibacterial agent, 5-8 pts. wt. bactericidal and antifungal agent, 3-6 pts. wt. nano-titanium dioxide silver chelating agent, 450-550 pts. wt. water, 3-6 pts. wt. alkaloids, 3-6 pts. wt. dispersant, 2-3 pts. wt. sulfonated oil, 2-6 pts. wt. coating defoamer, 120-140 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 2-3 pts. wt. talc, 150-300 pts. wt. acrylic emulsion, 10-30 pts. wt. thickener, 1-2 pts. wt. ethanol and 2-4 pts. wt. preservative. USE - Used as integrated interior wall coating. ADVANTAGE - The method improves environmentally friendly, antibacterial, antiviral and mildewproof performance of the coating by replacing the materials used for traditional coating production, increases use of natural materials, reduces chemical raw materials, adsorbs formaldehyde and converts into harmless substances, plays good role in sterilization and anti-virus under visible light and ultraviolet light, uses nano-silver without light source, prevents mildew, ensures all-weather antibacterial and antivirus effects, and improves quality of the indoor environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing an integrated interior wall coating, comprising preparing raw materials, adding the prepared solid material into pulverizer for pulverizing, screening the crushed materials, crushing the materials with larger particles, sieving, adding modified sol, formaldehyde trapping agent, inorganic antibacterial agent, bactericidal and antifungal agent, nano-titanium dioxide silver chelating agent, water, alkaloid, dispersant, sulfonated oil, coating defoamer and preservative, stirring at rotating speed of 400-600 revolutions/minute for 20-25 minutes to obtain colloidal solution, adding shell powder, diatomite, bamboo charcoal powder, continuously stirring, stirring at speed of 700-1000 revolutions/minute for 20-30 minutes, adding titanium dioxide, talc, acrylic emulsion, viscous agent and ethanol, continuously stirring at rotating speed of 700-800 revolutions/minute for 15-20 minutes, and sieving the solution prepared to remove coarse particles and impurities.
