NOVELTY - Sustained-release medicine carrier comprises graphene oxide, natural polysaccharides, genipin, glycolic acid, organic solvent, polyvinyl alcohol, and water. USE - The sustained-release medicine carrier is useful in preparation of an anti-tumor medicine delivery system (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The prepared sustained-release medicine carrier microspheres has good mechanical properties, can slowly release medicine in a long period of time to achieve the effect of medicine slow-release, so that the medicine can be fully utilized. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the sustained-release medicine carrier, comprising (a) dissolving the graphite oxide and natural polysaccharides in first part of water, mixing uniformly by ultrasonic, heating to 70-90degrees Celsius, adding genipin, stirring and reacting for 1-3 hours to obtain the material liquid, (b) dissolving the material liquid and glycolic acid in an organic solvent, fully dissolving and mixing to form an oil phase, and ultrasonically oscillating and dispersing uniformly to obtain an emulsion, (c) dissolving polyvinyl alcohol in the second part of water, fully dissolving, and obtaining a solution, (d) injecting the emulsion into the solution in step (c), and keep stirring at 0-10degrees Celsius to volatilize the organic solvent, freeze-drying the solidified microsphere, solidifying, washing the resulting microspheres repeatedly with a buffer solution, centrifuging and drying.
