NOVELTY - A material comprises earthquake-proof material and vibration-proof material, or with increased earthquake-proofness. The earthquake-proof material comprises at least one material (a) stored or contacted in magnetic, wave or hollow component and (b) pass through, flow, or pass through one of a magnetic, wave, or hollow components. The increase in the earthquake resistance is (a1) one or more of the fluidity, flowability, workability, slump, slump value, and energy of the material are increased by one of magnetic, wave, and hollow components or (b1) one of a magnetic, wave, and hollow components, one or more of the mixing quantity and water/cement ratio of the material are reduced, thereby increasing the seismic resistance. The material contains water, liquid, oil, medicine, energy, solid, chemical, ash, sol, gel, substance, mortar, milk, material, ready-mixed concrete, paste, plaster, concrete, and one of material (M1), material (M2), and material (M3) with water or concrete. USE - Material used in construction application. ADVANTAGE - The material is economical and environmentally-friendly, and has excellent strength, workability, sprayability, coatability, and adhesiveness, and reduced usage amount of fluidizing agent and admixture, thereby manufacturing cost is reduced. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A material comprises earthquake-proof material and vibration-proof material, or with increased earthquake-proofness. The earthquake-proof material comprises at least one material (a) stored or contacted in magnetic, wave or hollow component and (b) pass through, flow, or pass through one of a magnetic component, a wave component, or a hollow component. The increase in the earthquake resistance is (a1) one or more of the fluidity, flowability, workability, slump, slump value, and energy of the material are increased by one of a magnetic component, a wave component, and a hollow component or (b1) one of a magnetic component, a wave component, and a hollow component, one or more of the mixing quantity and water/cement ratio of the material are reduced, thereby increasing the seismic resistance. The hollow component is one of hollow component (h1), hollow component (h2), hollow component (h3), hollow component (h4), hollow component (h5), and hollow component (h6).
