▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing wearable zirconia ceramic involves utilizing 60-70pts. wt. of zirconium oxide, 1-3pts. wt. of graphene oxide, 10-14pts. wt. of hydroxyapatite, 12-16pts. wt. of surface active agent, 9-12pts. wt. of crosslinking agent and 4-8pts. wt. of additive. The graphene oxide is added to the N,N-dimethylformamide solution to prepare an oxidized graphene dispersion. The mass ratio of the polysilazane content to the graphene oxide content is 1:0.1-1 in the mixed solution. USE - Method for preparing wearable zirconia ceramic (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare wearable zirconia ceramic that has good wearable performance, and can reduce the liquid phase sintering temperature. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing wearable zirconia ceramic, which involves: (A) dispersing graphene oxide to N, N-dimethylformamide solution and mixing with the polysilazane solution, and stirring, ultrasonicating to obtain mixed solution; (B) mixing the zirconia, hydroxyapatite, surfactant, crosslinking agent and additive to obtain a raw material mixture; (C) processing at at 500-600 degrees C, placing the raw material mixture in the platinum crucible in the 1150-1300 degrees C for 2-3hours for melting; and (D) subjecting into the annealing furnace for heat treatment for 4-5hours, slowly cooling to room temperature to obtain the product.
