NOVELTY - The module has terminal coupling module that is provided with a fourth and fifth equivalent capacitance and a second equivalent resistor. The equivalent capacitance is connected in parallel with one end of second resistor. The fourth equivalent capacitance and fifth equivalent resistance are connected in parallel with second and fourth capacitance. The other end of second contact electric resistance is second capacitor connected in parallel with a node. USE - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a high frequency characteristic model and parameter extraction method of graphene.
