NOVELTY - Device comprises a reaction kettle, a cyclone separator, a washing tower and a centrifuge. The gas outlet of the cyclone is connected with the washing tower, the solid-liquid mixture outlet of the washing tower is used to input the to-be-separated matter to the centrifuge, and the centrifuge is used to separate the to-be-separated matter to obtain graphene. USE - The device is useful for preparing graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The device: can achieve mass production of graphene, each batch of production can reach kilogram output, and is easy to scale up. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene comprising mixing raw materials with reaction solution, performing hydrothermal reaction in a closed reaction kettle, after completing reaction, releasing pressure quickly, obtaining primary graphene and graphene-containing gas through a cyclone separator, and washing graphene-containing gas with water to obtain solid-liquid separation to obtain ultimate graphene, the raw materials include synthetic graphite, natural graphite, and/or graphene oxide, and the reaction liquid includes water, organic solvent, carbon dioxide, inorganic salt solution, or supercritical liquid.
