NOVELTY - Plastic material comprises 4.3-6.6 pts. wt. sodium tripolyphosphate, 8.6-10.5 pts. wt. phenolic resin, 25-36 pts. wt. waste plastic, 4-5.2 pts. wt. gypsum powder, 3-5.4 pts. wt. naphthenes, 9.6-12.7 pts. wt. polytetrafluoroethylene, 4.6-7 pts. wt. fructo-oligosaccharides, 3.8-4.9 pts. wt. bamboo carbon fiber, 3.6-6.4 pts. wt. graphene and 6-8.2 pts. wt. honeysuckle. USE - The plastic material is useful for automobile (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The plastic material adopts waste plastic as raw material, recycles resources, has low density, high tensile strength and high impact strength and meets needs of the automotive industry and is economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing plastic material, comprising (i) cleaning honeysuckle and crushing to 50-80 mesh and adding 55-70% ethanol solution (6-9 times) and heating to reflux for 3-5 times, each time for 50-120 minutes, filtering ethanol and reducing under reduced pressure to obtain honeysuckle extract and dividing honeysuckle extract equally into two portions; (ii) heating phenolic resin, waste plastic and polytetrafluoroethylene to a molten state and mixing uniformly with honeysuckle extract, oligofructose and naphthene to obtain first mixture; (iii) adding gypsum powder, bamboo charcoal fiber, graphene, sodium tripolyphosphate and another honeysuckle extract into ball mill and milling uniformly in ball mill and microwaving for 8-12 minutes to obtain second mixture; (iv) mixing first mixture and second mixture in a high-mixer to obtain semi-finished product; and (v) mixing semi-finished product and melting and granulating by a twin-screw extruder at 195-228 degrees C.
