▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - An oxidized graphene/reduced graphene-doped flexible carbon nanotube transparent conductive electrode is obtained by mixing carbon nanotubes aqueous dispersion with graphene oxide to obtain conductive ink, applying the obtained ink to a polyethylene terephthalate substrate using a bar coater, acid pickling, washing, drying to obtain graphene-doped transparent conductive film, and subjecting the graphene-doped transparent conductive film to physical/chemical film reduction treatment. USE - Oxidized graphene/reduced graphene-doped flexible carbon nanotube transparent conductive electrode is used in optoelectronic device. ADVANTAGE - The oxidized graphene/reduced graphene-doped flexible carbon nanotube transparent conductive electrode has excellent adhesiveness and surface wettability, high light transmittance, low surface resistance and low surface roughness.
