NOVELTY - Preparation of high-temperature resistant polyurethane material involves adding polyester polyol to vacuum reactor, heating the reaction kettle at 60-80 degrees C, adjusting the acid value, stirring uniformly, maintaining for 1-2 hours, obtaining component (A) polyurethane mixture, adding polytetrahydrofuran ether glycol and 2,4-toluene diisocyanate to the mixing tank, stirring uniformly, obtaining component (B) polyurethane mixture, adding component (A) polyurethane mixture, component (B) polyurethane mixture, graphene, defoaming agent and chain extender to the reaction kettle, stirring uniformly and heating to 100-150 degrees C for 1-2 hours. USE - Preparation of high-temperature resistant polyurethane material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The polyester polyol is obtained by adding adipic acid, ethylene glycol, trimethylolpropane, 1,4-butanediol and condensation catalyst to a reaction vessel, stirring uniformly, heating the reaction vessel at 160-200 degrees C for 3-5 hours, evacuating the reactor such that the pressure in the reaction kettle is 0.05-0.1 MPa, maintaining the pressure, heat-preserving, maintaining the temperature at 180-190 degrees C for 1-3 hours, injecting nitrogen gas into the reactor, and maintaining the temperature of the reaction kettle at 90-120 degrees C.
